Yanukovych: Government will not allow problems with gas

Party of Regions leader, Ukraine’s PM Viktor Yanukovych stated that his Government would not allow problems with gas supply to Ukraine as well as to Europe. “Ukraine is a reliable partner of Europe on energy resources transit. Situation in 2005 will never happen again. We will never let it happen again,” Yanukovych told journalists today in Rivne region.
He noted that Ukraine has already pumped 26 milliard cubic meters of gas in underground storages for 2007.
Yanukovych noted that “relations with Russia on current stage are stable and predictable” that guarantees fulfillment of obligations from both sides.
